Who is responsible for your information

What we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the contact or quote request form:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- your municipality, if you choose to give it;
- the type of service you are looking for;
- your description of the work needed;
- your preferred way of being contacted.
We also record which page the form was sent from and the language used, so that we can reply appropriately.
Why we collect it
This information serves one purpose: contacting you to answer your request and, where applicable, preparing a quote or scheduling a visit. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or trade it with third parties.
How it is transmitted and stored
Form content is delivered to us by email through the Resend sending service, which acts as a service provider for transmitting the message. The message is then kept in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our business obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Your language is carried by the address of the page you are viewing, not by a cookie stored in your browser.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand its use in aggregate: pages viewed, where visits come from, and actions such as a call placed from the site or a quote request sent. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
The tool sets two cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_<id>, used to distinguish visitors and to group the pages of a single visit. They expire after roughly thirteen months. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.
Your rights
Under Québec legislation on the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected if inaccurate, or ask that it be deleted once we no longer have a reason to keep it. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form data is validated and transmitted server-side. No third-party API key is exposed in the browser.
